Amazon Prime Air
I saw a need for a friendlier way to introduce Prime Air drone delivery to customers. At the time, most of the videos produced leaned into the future of delivery but did little to explain what the experience would actually feel like.
I led the development, voice, and creative direction of a softer animated approach that helped set expectations, answer common questions, and make the service feel approachable. By introducing a more human tone to the Prime Air brand, we were able to reach a broader audience and build confidence around a completely new delivery experience.
