Amazon Prime Air
Many early drone delivery videos leaned heavily into the future of delivery with live flight footage and a “look at this technology” focus. I saw the need for a friendlier, more approachable way to introduce and educate customers about Prime Air through a series of animated videos that added humor and personality to the experience.
I led the voice and creative direction for a softer animated approach designed to set expectations, address common questions, and make the service feel more intuitive and human. By introducing a warmer tone to the Prime Air brand, we helped broaden the audience and build confidence around a completely new delivery experience.
